Data Sharing Festival

The Data Sharing Festival (DSF) returns to Rotterdam/The Hague from 17 to 19 March 2026! For the fourth time, we will collaborate and share knowledge on the latest trends in data sharing and cloud with:

  • Inspiring keynotes
  • Real-world use cases
  • Interactive sessions with European and Dutch frontrunners

This year also includes:

  • Full focus day on Digital Product Passports (DPPs) and Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) for data sharing
  • Kick off of a series of Co-creation Sessions throughout the year

Programme

Tuesday 17 March – DPPs and PETs
A full day dedicated to Digital Product Passports (DPPs) and Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs). Experts and policymakers will share insights on standards, interoperability, and practical implementation across value chains. This follows up on our DPP Festival of October 2025.

We will also host a dedicated workshop on Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PET) in Data Sharing.

Wednesday 18 March – Update on the State of the Art in Data Sharing & Cloud
The second day will highlight the role of data sharing and cloud technologies, focusing on enabling collaboration, driving innovation, and supporting new business models. Expect a plenary program with leading national and international keynote speakers and breakout working sessions.

Wednesday 18 & Thursday 19 March – Kick off Data Sharing Collaboration Sessions
During the festival, we will launch a series of co-creation sessions, enabling hands-on collaboration throughout the year. These sessions will tackle real challenges faced by new or existing data sharing initiatives aiming to scale up.
