What does the scan reveal\, and which recommendations can speed up progress?\nDPP Adoption Pulse – Richard Ooms (CoE‑DPP/INNOPAY)\nKey findings from a study among Dutch frontrunners across 11 sectors: success factors\, barriers\, and practical next steps for businesses\, associations and policymakers.\nEuropean Data Union strategy for DPP – Franka Boender (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate)\nThis strategy plays an important role in shaping the design of the DPP system and further clarifies the underlying drivers behind it.
